Party Buddy turns a party into a self-serve menu. The host builds a menu, shares a QR code, and guests order food, drinks or anything else being served from their own phones. Each order shows up the moment it is placed, and the host works through them in one queue instead of fielding requests all night.
It is built for weddings, graduation parties, game nights, house parties, backyard barbecues and catered events: any time one person is hosting a crowd.
There are two parts. The web app at partybuddy.app is where hosts set everything up and where guests order, with no download. Party Buddy Host is the companion app for iPhone, iPad and Android that puts the live queue, the menu and the guest list in the host’s pocket, and turns a tablet into an order station.
Party Buddy is free to start.
What it does
- Guests join with a QR code or a short join code and order from the menu in their phone's browser. Nothing to install.
- Every order lands in one live queue. Start it, mark it ready, mark it served, or rush, hold or cancel it with a reason the guest sees.
- Menus with photos, categories, prep times, allergen flags and stock. Items that run out disappear from the guest menu.
- Co-hosts, stations and a full-screen kiosk mode that turns a tablet into an order station.
- Guest approval, per-guest limits, requests, scheduled ordering and live stats.
- English and Spanish, light and dark themes.
